Question 1TB Seagate FireCuda 530 has low write speed ?

so im using a 1TB Seagate FireCuda 530 not even 6 months old and my read-speeds are as advertised but the write-speeds are low.
OS info
CrystalDisk

is this normal for windows server? because this feels off ?

run the SSD´s manufacturer tool "seatools" , eventually update the firmware if a new version is available
update/install chipset drivers of your motherboard
eventually update the BIOS of the motherboard as well
