1TB USB Flash Drive Can't Format to NTFS

please help. I have a 1TB USB Flash Drive with default exFAT format. I need it as NTFS. I tried many times but it always says "unable to format" My OS is Windows 10.

Would appreciate feedback soon. Thanks!
