1TB WD external HDD Showing "Unknown Not Intialized" in disk management....but Passed in WD Lifeguard Diagnostic

Unable to recover data by various recovery software.....
Unble to initialize..... showing I/O error.....MBR GPT both

How can i get my data back..... or able to use hard drive

If this hard-drive uses on-board/circuit-level encryption, whether DriveLock is passworded or not, then any "outside" utilities will not be able to "break" the encryption. I think Jumanji over in sevenforums.com may have a few posts on ways to attempt data restoration or recovery. I don't remember which threads.
I just now noticed:

That might be a serious hardware failure in the making - I'll listen in and learn with you as others in the know weigh in.
