Please help me regarding this.
Does my laptop support both SATA and PCIe NVMe M.2 ?
Please clarify

Which one should i buy
Crucial P1 3D NAND NVMe PCIe M.2 SSD 1TB CT1000P1SSD8
or
Crucial MX500 3D NAND SATA M.2 Type 2280SS Internal SSD - CT250MX500SSD4 1TB CT1000MX500SSD4

Solution
As stated in the MSI Website yes it does support one 2.5 Sata SSD (HDD) and One M.2 Nvme.

1x M.2 SSD Combo (NVMe PCIe Gen3 / SATA )
1x 2.5" SATA HDD

Don't have direct experience with the either of the disks but Crucial P1 is way faster!

SSD Series - P1
Warranty - Manufacturer's 5 Year Limited
Form Factor - m2_2280
Sequential Read - 2000 MB/s
Sequential Write - 1700 MB/s

SSD MX500
  • Sequential reads/writes up to 560/510 MB/s and random reads/writes up to 95k/90k on all file types
  • Accelerated by Micron 3D NAND technology
