1x8 GB 1866 MHz cl10 or 2x4 1866 MHz cl8

Greetings guys. In the end of the month I will upgrade my pc and I chose for the purpose FX 8350 with GB 970A-ud3p. The only thing that I'm not sure is the ram latency. I know that 2x4 should be a little better sometimes and the lower latency ram is always better... but does it really makes any real difference ? I mean if I get just a few fps in games or I render 2-3 seconds faster I don't think its a good idea to spend more money on ram when I can save them for a new case instead.
I have two models in mind:
1x8 GB Kingston Hyper X Fury 1866MHz c10
2x4 GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 1866MHz c8

The two sticks will let you take advantage of dual channel technology, also lower latency is pretty useful when multitasking. Just for the dual channel functionality I would go for the two sticks.

The 2x4 RRJ X set, dual channel (up to a 10-15% performance increase over single channel), also at CL8 much faster (if you OC them to 1866 they should run it at CL9 (even faster than the CL10 of the Fury)
