You have a good mobo, so you have all the overclocking tools at your disposal. As crash said, you could have bought a slower 1.6A or 1.8A P4 so that it could reliably ru at 533 MHz FSB. Still, 2.0A GHz to run at 2.66 GHz is a pretty high expectation. You could reduce the memory ratio to 3/4 and try increasing the FSB in steps of 5 MHz (which will get your FSB increase raise by 20 MHz and correspondingly the core speed by 100 MHz which is pretty much achieviable. When you reach closer and closer to 133 MHz you might need to increase the core voltage a bit, increase it in steps and you will finally get to 133 MHz, maybe.
I agree with Crash that 2.66 GHz is way too high to expect in the first run, I would expect a 2.4 GHz (thats what you get with a 1.8A) @120 MHz (480 MHz) FSB is what you will get for sure. Beyond that is pure luck!
You have saved a lot by not buying a 2.26 GHz P4 because its FSB is already 533 MHz which may not be scaled by much, and you get still better or par performance even with a 2.0A @2.4A/120!
