2 1525 Inspirions. Upgrade list Help

I have 2 Dell Laptop s. Model 1525. Would someone please just tell me which HDD drive to get. And what processor to put in. I paid 50$ total for both working units. I'd put 100$ in one. One has win 7 4g memory. One has Vista 3 G memory. I know this is a old unit. But both of these are like new. Thanks
