Presumably you have looked for it from more than one device so you believe it is the router that has a problem.
Log into the router's management page and check your settings. Make sure the 2.4 ghz is enabled, has SSID broadcast set on and has a different SSID that the 5 ghz so you can differentiate between them. If all these are OK and there is still no 2.4 ghz signal, change to channel number to a fixed number rather than "auto." Try channels 1, 6, & 11.
Look at the firmware and make sure it is up to date.
