2 5 sata hard drive pinouts

I have a broken laptop with a good sata hard disk, anyone know the pinouts so that i can make up a lead from the hard disk to a sata cable for my desktop pc please,

i do believe the laptop has the same exact connectors if it is sata (power and data)
