Hello everyone, As my title states I have a $2,500 budget. I need this computer rigg for streaming/gaming, also id like it to be very quiet. Also side note I am buying everything from the ground up. OS,keyboard mouse, headset, 2 monitors.

My question should I go with Amd processor motherboard? or Intel processor and motherboard?...

Should I go with Amd or nividia graphics cards?
Single graphics card, sli, or crossfire?

I recommend an Intel CPU, the i7 4790k or 5930k
Get an AIO liquid cooler for OCing.
Also get 2-way or 3-way SLI of GTX 980ti.
Corsair AX1500i looks good also.
Also get a Z97 motherboard for the 4790k or a X99 notherboard for the 5930k.
4 sticks of 2800mhz 8gbx4 32gb Dominator platinum.
Case is more or less your choice of looks and brand.

For $2500 I would highly suggest an Intel rig. AMD has nothing to compare with Intel's high-end processors within that price range.

The graphics are a different story, as AMD and NVIDIA trade blow-for-blow with each other at most price points. In my opinion, it really comes down to this:
AMD runs hotter/louder, but usually has more raw power output and (sometimes) higher FPS.
NVIDIA consumes less power, is more quiet, and can run some games better thanks to their CUDA cores.

AMD's highest spec card is the R9295x2 and they don't have anything to compete with the 980ti of the Titan X.
Get a 980ti or 2 as its basically a $650 TitanX

hello,
if your even video rendering and other stuff other than streaming you will need more cores so you will need to go with an 6 or 8 core CPU which is an overkill for gaming because there are no game now which will require more cores so i will suggest you to build in which one is for working and gaming and i will go with an intel because it offer more single core performance than amd in case of gaming. But amd offers more cores which is needed for working. So , you choose which one if you game or work a lot intel and work a lot and game a little amd so you could save money for the graphics.

I will go with an single graphics card as you said you need a quite one as lesser the card lesser the noise of the fans and lesser the heat.
