A speed of 2.66GHz is completely impossible with an 800MHz FSB. Either it's a 2.60GHz chip or it has a 533MHz FSB. I'd highly suggest that you figure out which it is since there is a significant difference.
If it is the 533MHz FSB 2.67GHz chip then benchmarks show that it is more or less equal to the 2.4C with HT and the 800MHz FSB. If it is the 800MHz FSB 2.60GHz with HT then it is in fact notably better than a 2.4C with HT and the 800MHz FSB. So then you really just have to ask yourself which is more important: price or performance. None of us here can answer that question for you.
