That build looks OK but the GPU isn't that great for a $700 build. I'd aim for something like the HD 7850, it's a lot better.

I have no clue how microcenter operates (will look in to it) as I do most of component shopping via New Egg or Amazon. Well I live in LA so I have taxes regardless of where I shop online.
