I am using an old Wireless G PCI card Nic and a 10/100/1000 Nic (on board) I have connected them to 2 completely different networks both networks have their own WiFi router/modem combo. network A has 6 Mbps DSL (Wired) and Network B has 20 Mbps Cable (Wireless)

Which one will my system use? I have always heard Wired trumps Wireless.

I know if I have 2 adapters connected to the same router spanning tree will decide which one to use but in this case there is a single connection to each network.

This will depend how the routing table is configured. You can check this with ROUTE PRINT from a command prompt (assuming Windows). One of the two NICs will have its default gateway on the 0.0.0.0 address.

Yes, I believe wired Ethernet will by default be the priority since it has a lower cost of operation.
