Hi guys, stuck between 2 builds. Getting the parts ready so that when the "RX 7900 XTX" Comes out i will have everything ready to go. I have 2 builds on pcpartpicker and not sure which one to go with.
  1. First one is an AIO build - Has the Kraken X73 + some nzxt fans for some white themed lights
  2. This one is an air cooler build with the Noctua NH-D15 and I've replaced the ram on this as you wont be able to see it anyway. Not sure if it will clear it but i heard you can move up the fan a little to make some headroom. Also changed the fans to the Lian Li ones.
My question is which one do you think is better? I live in Sweden so prices might be different to the place you guys live. Budget wise there really isent a limit but don't want to go crazy.

Wanting to go for a white theme build

Also the power supply will be the Phanteks AMP white but couldn't find it on pcpartpicker

Thanks again for the help

hejsan,
yes i don't think there will really be too much difference in the end, it looks to come down to personal preference. Personally I prefer the Noctua, but many would prefer the AIO - and for good reason too. Both have their own positives and negatives.
With the rest of the build personally I would probably go for faster ram if you can afford to eg https://se.pcpartpicker.com/product...-ddr5-5600-cl30-memory-f5-5600j3036d16gx2-fx5 - has much better timings / better latency but it will fine if you don't the white ram you selected will suit the build(s). So yes, both nice options nothing too wrong with them - really personal choice - lycka till :)

Hej :)

I think i do really want to go for the Noctua as i can make it look nice and make it work with the white build etc. I just need to double check it will fit the case + the ram might be a problem as i think its 2 high

you can probably make it work. I've got this case https://se.pcpartpicker.com/product...ite-tg-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-mesh-c-wt-tgc also with the same noctua - it is smaller than the one you are after (413 mm x 217 mm x 453 mm vs your 480 mm x 230 mm x 505 mm) so you will probably be ok in terms of the case clearance in relation to noctua fans.

Ah perfect, i was also looking at the deepcool ak620 white version it looks pertty slick and has a bit more clearance on the ram
