the asrock MB is the cheapest i could find that support 1600mhz ram and far as i've researched it is as good as the ASUS P8P67. And like everyone even I would like the pay less € for a computer but still get max from what i would pay. So the question here is go with the cheaper ASrock MB and get 1333Mhz ram? if so it gets me like 40€ cheaper or even a bit more. the difference between 1333 and 1600mhz ram is probobly minimum right?

and would a 550W PSU(LC Power LC6550GP "Silent Giant" v2.2) be able to run this + X-fi extreme music, 1x sata2 disk, 2x 120mm vent?

I'd suggest something like ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3. Costs $125

I'd also get 1.5V RAM. The GSKILL RipjawsX DDR3 1600 is a very good choice.

I'd atleast get a 500W quality PSU to run a GTX 560 Ti. Corsair CX 500 V2 is a good option.

The difference between 1333 and 1600 is so small that you won't even notice.

i already got a 550W PSU.

and why do i need 1.5v ram ? whats wrong with 1.65v ?

the thing with this ripjawsX is that they have this stupid coolers and i will buy and after market cooler for CPU and i've heard there could be fitting problems with this high profile rams.

and also the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 is the same price as the ASUS P8P67 REV. 3.0. So is the asrock in any view better ? i dont need any fancy lalala on MB just to overclock a bit and thats it. And if i'm buying MB for 130€ im buying 1600mhz ram but if im buying a 100€ MB then i will buy 1333mhz ram.

That PSU will not handle GTX 560 Ti, unfortunately.

1.5V is best with Sandy Bridge.

That ASRock board is far better. Newer Z68 features, PCIe 3.0 Slots, Ivy Bridge upgradibility.
