I'd like to either buy two cards or one. If I were to buy one I was looking at getting to hd7770. My budget is around 130, my question is could I buy two cards for the same price or lower with the same performance as the hd7770? My psu is a 600w my processor is i5-3450. Thanks!!
Edit: ill be using a 23' as us monitor via Hdmi, I'd like to play crysis 3 and some of the newer 2013 games on medium settings

for your budget and psu i suggest one gpu. the 7770 will be enough, but a 7850 / gtx 660 will be heaps better.

Why are you obsessed with two cards? Your budget is low and you don't already own a card, so two cards doesn't make sense. Listen to the good advice that people are giving you. A 7770 is on the low end of GPUs but at your budget it's a good choice. Two cards requires more power(energy bill goes up and need a more expensive PSU).

Typically there are two people that use two GPUs:
1) if computer has a gpu and owner doesn't want to spend a lot more on a new gpu.
So he opts to put a second one in.
2) someone who wants to game on three monitors or
has a demanding monitor(27" 1440p 120Hz)
