Ben searching internet or solutions but nothing so far, so i came here. I would be very greatfull if someone could help me. And im sorry on my bad english.

Solution

hmmm, have you bridged the wifi and lan connections on the laptop to make this...

This is confusing?
Why are you connecting to your neighbor?
unidentified network no internet access usually means you are connected to a wireless network but the password is wrong.

turn off your wifi if you are not using it.

go to run (windows key + r) and type cmd, then run "ipconfig" are you getting an ip address which does not start "169." on your local area connection.

Sorry but I think you need to describe your setup in more detail.

a 169 ip address is a one that Windows makes up when it cant get one from DHCP (the router).
Try going to control panel>network and sharing center>manage wireless networks, then delete your neighbors connection. Then try re-connecting from the start. It sounds like the password is not working.

Did, it didnt help.
Im connected to his network at this moment. Laptop is ok with internet, but other computer is not. When i open wireless conections tab(bottom right corner) on top there are 2 public networks. One is neighbors "network 5 internet access" and the other is my network "unidentified network no internet access". And on desktop computer there is yellow '!' mark that says "inidentified network no internet access". And had the same mark with same message few times before, but i had internet then.

Ask what you want, ill post it here. We tried everything yesterday and this morning, with no positive results.
And by the way, happy new year.

hmmm, have you bridged the wifi and lan connections on the laptop to make this work? try re-creating the bridge?
