Hi, I have a Cryorig H7 Cpu Cooler, and I am going to attach it a 2nd cpu Fan. But, my mobo (Msi X470 Gsming Pro Carbo) supports only 1 cpu fan and all my chasis fans are used by fans. Also, I wouldn't like to buy a splitter as I don't want any risks. Could I connect the 2nd cpu fan to my mobo's water pump fan connector? Is it safe? And since I synchronise both cpu fans, will they both work fine without causing any problems to the mobo? Thank you in advance...

you should use a splitter. dont worry about your mobo, itll be fine with 0 risk. this is what splitters are made for.
but, if youre really sketched about it for some reason, the aio_pump header should work.

personally, my pump is connected to aio_pump, and its 3 fans (its a 360mm) are connected to my 2 cpu_fan headers. 1 of which is using a splitter.

Ok thank you. One more reason why I don't want to use a splitter is because I have to buy one and I haven't found any for 2 fans (it's for 3, 4) and not black. And I don't want to pay 8€ plus the transportations. Thank you again

noctua has a cheap 2 fan splitter.
