CPU: amd ryzen 5 2600
GPU: XFX - Radeon RX 580 8 GB GTS Black Core Edition Video Card
Mobo: msi b450 tomahawk

My Question is if i can use an old Sapphire - Radeon HD 7950 3 GB Video Card with the pc, Will i have boost in performance ?

No you wont. It's best just use the single most GPU in your system. You also forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. If someone here does say yes, make sure you have the power to feed both cards unless you want the 4th of July happening early this year.
