Question 2 different monitors 2 gpu

I would like another monitor a 144hz for gaming and I already have a 60hz monitor. Can I use these both together as they are I have an rtfs 2060? I have the option to use another graphics card if that is needed. Thanks

You can. You will assign your 144hz monitor as #1 primary so that games are launched on it.
