Question 2 different quality fans. Should the better one be blowing air into or out of the case?

I will be upgrading them to be the same later, but in the meantime which should go where?

I usually recommend a better intake fan.
Heat will naturally escape from a case, an exhaust fan helps. Cool air is much harder to get into the case, so a proper intake fan would provide more benefit.
