Question 2 fans graphics card with 2 connectors on the PCB. One stoped working. Solution?

So, I have a Galax 2080 TI OC White and after disassembly for maintenance, one of the fans stoped working. The card has 2 PCB connectors for the fans and if i switch them, the one that stoped works and the other does not, i.e., the problem isn't the fan, but the PCB. I tryed to clean it with a toothbrush and isopropil alcohol, but no success. There's no place to repair the card where I live, so I was wondering if i can cut the wires of one fan and connect it with the wires of the other and plug both in the same connector...please don't judge me. lol
