[SOLVED] 2 fans on 1 header

I broke the 12v pin off my fan header on my motherboard and I want to run 2 fans in parallel on the same header.

If I do that, will my fan speeds be effectively decreased by half or will it just draw more amps? (I don't remember what I learned at school...)

Just use a proper splitter and you'll be fine with two fans on a single header. It will draw more amps and will run at normal speeds (a determined by your motherboard and power management settings).
