Question 2 games 1 PC same time 2 people?

I have a question. I know this can be done.

I want to use my PC to play 2 games on different screens with different Gamepads/Mouse/Keyboards.
i have Tried ASTER free Trial but its not playing nice and ive had issues like NO audio on the 2nd setup and no matter what i move around it wont work. Not sure if this is because its the free version or something else.
im wondering if there is a better software to use for this? or should i just buy/rent the aster software and see if that is the problem?

IM trying to use my Wired Mouse and Keyboard to play WoW and Have a Gamepad with a separate Mouse and Keyboard (wireless) play COD on the 2nd screen. Should i be using all wired Peripherals along with headsets?

The same PC to run both games at the same time?

Are each of the games individually purchased with keys and (different) credentials for both?

This could be accomplished via a VM but as to more specifics I cannot provide.

I know this can be done.
Something of this nature was done a long while ago and another example.

Yes it would be 2 different games, Basically 1 screeen would be logged in into a guest account and the other on the main account. or if it can be done both on the main account. Just one would run Say Battle.net games and the other would run Steam games or a diff Battle account.

Its possible, but I'm no expert, LTT did a video of this, and it was a pretty good watch.
