I am running windows 10 64 bit. I have 2x4 gb ddr4 ram. I was disabled page file because of my slow hdd. Hardware reserved ram was 128 MB but i was unable to use last 2 gb of my ram. I enabled page file again and now hardware reserved ram is 2.1 gb. I found nothing useful in bios. Limit in msconfig is disabled. No bios or driver updates. It was working fine when i buy the laptop. I think it is a benefit of windows updates but currently i cannot try older versions. Thanks in advance.

Solution
Can you remove ram sticks? If so, try running memtesst86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 8 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the proiblem. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors.

It could be the last 2gb you can't use has gone bad and windows 10 being more sensative to memory corruption, just doesn't want to use that stick.
