HELP!!! Before anything else, I am a below novice/beginner when it comes to PC thingies, so pls, I really need your help.

My SPECS:
Windows 7 32 bit (yeah, I know. But I was able to used 3.5 GB of RAM up until recently)
CPU: INTEL core i5 750
Motherboard: ASUS p7h55-m LX
Graphics card: Inno3d Geforce GT 430 (1 GB RAM)
RAM: 4 GB (2 x 2 GB)

I was able to used 3.5 GB of RAM up until Back in May 16, 2016 I updated the Graphics card driver.
I noticed days later that my PC was laggy, so looked at Task Manager and saw RAM is only 2007 MB. When I have 4GB RAM
Look at Computer Properties and it says "Installed RAM: 4.00 GB (1.96 usable)"
I used mdsched.exe, It detected nothing wrong.
I looked at the Resource monitor and saw "Harware Reserved 2089 MB"

System Restore did nothing.
I went around the internets and nothing I worked.

In msconfig, the "Max Memory" is already unchecked. In Bios, Advanced, Chipset, the Memory Reamp was already Enabled.
I do NOT have "ClearPageFileAtShutdown" in my HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

I looked at "Performance Information and Tools " :

Graphics
Display adapter type___________ NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
Total available graphics memory__1771 MB
Dedicated graphics memory______1024 MB
Dedicated system memory________0 MB
Shared system memory__________747 MB
Display adapter driver version_____10.18.13.6822
Primary monitor resolution________1440x900
DirectX version_________________DirectX 10

Total available graphics memory 1771 MB ??? wat? Does that mean that the PC's RAM goes there? but why???

And What do I do if the Graphics does eat my RAM??

... what?
Dude, chrome's RAM usage is included in the "In Use" potion of the ram. It has NOTHING to do with the Harware Reserved 2.089 GB RAM.

Does anyone else have an answer???
