Value for money wise, it's best to go with single GPU solutions. Your CPU probably isn't going to be a bottleneck. what CPU are you using? power supply will also need to be able to support two GPU's.

Cpu is fx6350 and my power supply is a 750w G7 modular. I'm just looking at multiple options at the moment and just want to make sure I'm making the right choices.
I would sell the 660 for around $100, then just use that cash and some you have saved for a 960... The 960 will be a great upgrade that will be quite noticable...
There are people who will actually pay $100 for a used 660? It was a pain to get $100 for my r9 285 and i listed in a big city.
in my city which is a big city as well, they sell for around there... in my city its wierd. the lower end cards sell for higher than average, and the higher end cards sell for less. for example. I bought my msi power editon gtx 670 for $120 Canadian. Which is ($95 american)... I also seen a few gtx 780's (non ti) go for $250 (around $200 american) the city is vancouver, canada. its wierd lol
