I have an i5-9600kf , a gigabyte z390 d motherboard , 2 sticks of 8gb 2666 mhz ddr4 hyperx and a psu corsair cx650m bronze , the gpu that is currently my main one is gtx 1070 and I have a gt630 just because it has a dvi output , I have 3 monitors , 2 of them is in gtx 1070 and the third is in the gt630 and there's no output , both the monitor and the gpu work fine I have tested them , i'm wondering if I missed anything .

Did you test the GT630 in the slot where the 1070 works? check dvi cables and adapters are good? test the GT630 montior with the 1070? Are you cloning desktop in windows or stretch?
The card works just fine , the cables are good , I can see the gt 630 in device manager and it would obviously work if I would just leave that only card there , so just to give it a try i'm going to switch the pcie slot .

So it was a bios related issue , on my bios there is a first pcie express to output and I choose the one with the other gpu in it and it worked , thanks for the help .
