Question 2 gpus in one system weird issues

so i put a 2 gb spare amd card in my system to drive 3 of my 4 screens to lift some of the weight off and use that gpu for recording in obs (the 1060 6gb does not allow for recording during very graphic games) but once unistalled and installed both drivers only 2 screens work. 1 from amd and 1 from nvidia. all 4 are detected in both nvidia (nvidia detected the exact display model) and windows display settings and disapear/appear when unplugged/plugged in if i put all 4 connections in my nvida gpu like before only 2 screen work
i'm running the latest windows 10 and am confused to why this is happening. i own a hp z600 work station populated with 2 xeon x5675 cpus..

i've tried all sorts of display combinations. 1 on nvidia 3 on amd 2 on nvidia 2 on amd. 4 on nvidia 0 on amd..
also during boot 2 screens show the boot logo (one of the screens is the one not working)

Does your mobo support crossfire or sli
