2 Graphics card Drivers problem.

Hey, I have 2 AMD gpu im trying to put in a system but one is a R7 370 and one is a HD 6850. I have bolth drivers installed but is there a way to have bolt drivers working at the same time?
Usualy if i have the HD's drivers loaded it changes the R7's as well.

You really need to only use one driver, having 2 drivers can cause problems.
One driver should work for both cards.

The problem is that the HD 6850 driver is legacy and the R7 runs badly and wont boot into most games with the HD 6850's drivers loaded

Stop using the hd 6850 then, it's not benefiting you.
