Question 2 Graphics Cards On 2 Monitors

So I have a question about running 2 different graphics cards (rx580 and hd5770) on 2 different monitors. I would just connect both monitors onto my rx580 but they're so old that they only use dvi, but my graphics card only has 1 dvi port. So is it possible to run one monitor on my rx580 and one on my hd5770? Also I do have a dvi port on my motherboard just in case i had an apu, can I somehow use that port to run the second monitor off my rx580? Thanks for visiting my post!
