Question 2 GTX-1070 SC , power button not staying on

Hi, I have installed 2 GTX-1070 SC cards in SLI mode and my drivers are up-to-date. Everything seems to be working fine except, now when I boot up, the power button lights up at the start then goes out. I just don't see why? Everything is correct but what could make this happen?
My system is:
i7-8700K
Asus Z-390-E ROG Gaming
(2) EVGA GTX-1070 SC cards in SLI
16 gigs Corsair 3200 RGB
Corsair water cooled
EVGA 850 power supply
1 set of addressable RGB strips

This only started after adding the second card. THANKS EVERYBODY

So, the issue is the little light on your power button goes out while gaming? 1070s in an SLI it is recommended 700w power supply, yours is at 850w so you should be good unless your power supply is not doing what it should.

Which EVGA power supply model do you have? They make several models and some are quite a bit worse than others.

Did you test the cards one at a time? Check for a BIOS update? Using the correct cables to the correct power plugs on the power supply if it's a modular one?
