Question 2 Hard discs gone after installing new GPU.

So I upgraded my gpu to an rx 470 and both of my hard discs are gone???? I can't find them in the file explorer. I've got folders from there saved on my desktop and when I open it it's just in some quick access section, not my hard disc. I recently installed an SSD and another hard disc so overall ive got 1 SSD and 3 hard discs or hard drives? Don't know what to call 'em. the E and F were originally my C and D drives I believe, but after installing the SSD and such and moving around everything they changed to that.I'm really freaking out since all of my projects are in there how can installing a gpu cause all of this??

Can you show screenshot from Disk Management? and Device Manager (Disk drives section)

List model names of your storage devices. Is SSD in M.2 form factor?
What motherboard are you using?
