2 Hard drives 1 Motherboard

Hello all

I want to know how do I separate two hard drives completely (both loaded with windows 10) so the data does not overlap/share on one another and does not show up while booting into the other hard drive in this pc.

Meaning...

Hard drive 1 - Personal (family photos ,iTunes,Movies , games)
Hard drive 2 - Work (Documents, pdf , work pitches)

1. Why 2 x Win 10?
2. If they are both in there and connected, the 'other' drive will appear, probably as the D or E drive.

I guess you could disconnect the one you don't want to be using at the moment. Possibly with a hot swap bay.
