[SOLVED] 2 Hardware Devices on Drive USB Flash

I have a recover flash that looks like 2 physical drives not 2 partitions. It shows up as sdb and sdc in linux and 2 Hardware devices in in Windows Disk Manager. Where can I buy a similar USB stick. Most people say What ? have not seen that. Any Ideas

its the controller inside the USB that is causing that to happen.

I don't know who sells USB drives that intentionally report as 2 devices, I do know its possible, Most of the time its a broken chip, not a feature.
