2 HDD And No [CD-ROMS] optical drives but 9 devices and drivers

i have no [strike]CD-ROMS[/strike] optical drives and only two Hard Drives i want it to just say C: Drive And D: Drive can i do that in any ways possible?

If you have no other drives they should already be the C and D.

Use Disk Manager to assign drive letters.
Don't try changing the drive labelled C:, but you should be able to reshuffle the rest.

how do i make them into 2 drives?

If they are 2 separate drives and not in a raid then they would show as 2 drives. Check disk management and see what it shows.

im using windows 10 and this thing is anoyying me since i forget what letter falls on what HDD so how can i fix this to be only 2 devies??

UPDATE:
i managed to remove 4 virtual drives now i have 5 devices
