I have a AMD FX 8350, At the moment it is not OC'd but I might be planning to OC it mildly at some point if it starts to lack in performance (I don't think it will but you never know) I was planning on getting a H60 off amazon for $60 but I am in New Zealand so I have to pay import tax and it ends up as being more than the $100 dollars it costs here.
I've decided to go for a cheaper air cooler.
I have to choose between this cooler with 2 fans and 2 heatpipes for $15

or this cooler with 4 heatpipes and 1 fan for $32 which is double the cost

I know they aren't the "best" brands but I think they'd do better than the stock cooler.
Is the extra cooling I'm going to get from 4 heatpipes worth paying an extra 17 dollars?
Thanks
