[SOLVED] 2 horizontal lines in the screen of my hp notebook

My hp notebook 15 ay048nx screen has 2 horizontal lines and its color is pink sometimes green. When i open dark background the two horizontal lines becomes pink and when i open white background the two horizontal lines becomes green. I am wondering why it appears on my laptop screen. It needs update or it needs a replacement ?

See if you get the lines on an external monitor when you connect the laptop to said external monitor via the HDMI port. Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your laptop and that you're on the latest drivers for your Intel GPU.
