2 houses and required Ethernet cord

So currently I have 2 houses which we both use to live in (extended family kind) and while our wifi usually works for everyone I need a Ethernet connection. Is there a way to install a personal router at the other house so I could have a personal connection? Thanks

Why not just connect an ethernet cable to the existing router? If you want a dedicated internet connection for you, you can order separate service from the ISP on a different modem than the rest of the house.

If these houses are adjacent, you could run direct burial ethernet cable between them. 100m is the total length a single cable can be.
