2 intakes and one exhuast

So I'm planning to overclock my GPU and maybe CPU. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/tB3xsZ. How many intakes should I have an exhaust? My radiator is going on top. A guy told me to do 2x140mm intake fans in front and in the bottom 120mm intake. And he said to put radiator as exhaust.

That should be fine. The case is roomy and has good natural airflow. As long as you're moving air into or out of the case, there is airflow. The top fans on the rad will exhaust lots of case air. Albeit, thru the rad it is trying to cool. Just see how well the temps are after the OC.
