Were would the 2 least significant fan mounts be in my case (CM Storm Scout 2) i have:

2x 120mm on the front (Bottom front one is blocked by PSU Cables and HDD Rack sois basically useless)
2x 120mm on top
2x 120mm on side
1x 120mm on bottom
1x 120mm at back

Keeping in mind i have 2x R9 290's in Crossfire so the side ones and bottom ones will significantly reduce GPU Temps. Also have a FX-9370 overclocked to 4.8GHz with a water cooler at the back of my case taking up back fan mount (Hoping to move all of this outside the case but front radiator fan because it is help on by fan mount). Im needing to know because i currently have 2 case fans and i am buying 6 more to fill the case. The 2 i have at the moment are stock at 46.6 CFM and the 6 i am buying will be at 95 CFM and i dont want to waste the 2 i have so will just put them in the 2 worst places. Thanks, Mitch

Use them in the rest of the spots. You could put jetflows on the side if you'd like. Jetflows as intakes with Noctua's as exhausts would work best.

Do you care that your system will be very loud?

If you do, check out Noctua NF-S12B or S12A redux from noctua. They move a lot of air, and are very quiet. You could get two jetflows for the front, and noctua's for the resistance free spots.

I dont care about noise just want the system to be as cool as possible

Still, I would use the Noctua's with the Jetflows in the front. Both will perform well. For your radiator, loomat Noctua NF-S12 models if you are looking for fans for that. Also, if you have reference 290's, more fans won't really help.

The Noctuas cost more for less performance. My PC is already a jet plane with 1 290 when i get my second one i really don't think the small difference between the noctuas and the Jetflo will be hearable. For my radiator the fans currently cooing that are doing a fine job keeping water at ~40C under load.

The Noctua's cost more and are quieter, move a lot of air, and have a 7 year warranty. Don't pay attention to specs The difference between noctua's and jetflows will be very noticeable when it comes to sound. You can get the jetflows, but my point is that the performance of the two fans will not be noticeable. You may/ get better CPU temps with the jetflows (though not by a massive amount), but your GPU temps won't change and the only way to fix that is buy watercooling or waiting for the Corsair HG10 assuming you have a reference 290.
