Well, one is clearly 'H'...

So, G and H are unresponsive. As a stop-gap measure, you can bring up the On-Screen Keyboard - it's not a solution but at least you'll be able to type what you want. Type 'on-screen keyboard' in the search field in the lower left corner of your desktop area - click the magnifying glass.

Assuming that all other keys are working, it seems to be a hardware malfunction limited to these two particular keys.

- What is the name and model number of your laptop? (Flip the laptop over and check for product stickers on the bottom).
- How old is it? (less than a year, a couple of years or 5 years or more?)
- What Windows version are you running? (Open the Settings app>Display>About, and scroll down the page. You should see the Windows 10 version and build number).

Your options are:

1. Download all relevant drivers for your laptop - that's why you need to know the name and model number. Use the update feature in Windows, but also visit the laptop manufacturer's own support page.

2. Contact the manufacturer and make use of your warranty - that's why you need to know how old the laptop is. If it's too old, you have to pay for a replacement keyboard and install it yourself.

3. Use a blunt dinner knife and pry open the two faulty keys and check for any crud on the connectors. Did you spill coffee or any other liquid on the keyboard recently? If yes, even if you're confident you've removed the spill it doesn't take much residue to cause problems.
