So, G and H are unresponsive. As a stop-gap measure, you can bring up the On-Screen Keyboard - it's not a solution but at least you'll be able to type what you want. Type 'on-screen keyboard' in the search field in the lower left corner of your desktop area - click the magnifying glass.
Assuming that all other keys are working, it seems to be a hardware malfunction limited to these two particular keys.
- What is the name and model number of your laptop? (Flip the laptop over and check for product stickers on the bottom).
