2 long beeps on boot

motherboard ga-p35-s3g 2 long beeps no boot screen nothing what is the problem?

Shows that there are either continuous long beeps, or one long and one short. If it's continuous, it's the graphics card that's not seated properly. If it's the latter, then it's the memory seating or an undefined motherboard problem. I'd suggest reseating the RAM, even if you've already tried pushing them down to ensure they're in.
