2 Memory Channels CPU but I have 4 Ram slot on my motherboard

Intel ARK says that the CPU only support 2 Memory Channels, but I can find 4 ram slot on the Motherboard. So can I have 4x4gb of ram or 2x4gb of ram?

Each channel has 2 slots that can be filled, so yess you can use 4x4GB, but if mobo supports 8GB sticks then 2x8GB is preferable as 2 sticks is less stress on the MC (memory controller) than 4 sticks are
