i bought two monitors and they both have HDMI cables. my graphics card has one HDMI and 3 display ports.
should i connect one monitor with hdmi and connect the second one with display port to hdmi cables? or should i connect both of them with display port to HDMI cables?
my mother board also has a HDMI port. should i connect one monitor to the GPU and the second one to the motherboard.

Solution
hdmi 2.0 for resolutions above 1080p and/or above 60FPS
display port cable shouldnt matter, but if anything get DP 1.2 or current version

in your case if you havent got it yet.. just get a display port cable

and no you cant use both gpu and mobo video outs at the same time
You can use whatever but HDMI and DP are two cheap connectors, I think both of them transfer sound but can only do 1080p. You can use whatever you want, HDMI and DP, DP and DP.
