So I have two monitors, one at 1920x1080 and the other at 1280x1024. I am trying to use NVIDIA custom resolutions to set the latter to a resolution of 1920x1080. However, whenever I do this, I get huge bars on the top and bottom. With the huge bars the settings are
- Display Mode:
Horizontal Pixels: 1920, Vertical Lines: 1080
Refresh Rate (Hz): 60, Colour Depth(bpp): 32
Scan type: Progressive
- Timing
Standard: Automatic
Horizontal Vertical
Active Pixels 1280 1024
Front Porch (pixels) 48 1
Sync Width (pixels) 112 3
Total Pixels 1688 1066
Polarity Positive(+) Positive (+)
Refresh Rate 63.96 KHz 60.000Hz
Pixel Clock: 107.9645 MHz
How do I set it so that I don't have black bars on the top and bottom. The size of the monitor I need to change is 20 inches. I know it's a Dell but no model number.
Thanks!
