2 monitors at different resolutions?

I currently have 2 monitors one of them is a native 1920 x 1080 screen and the other is a 1024 x 768. I have been using them both for a little bit and when I launch a game on my primary monitor (1080p) at a resolution that isn't native all the programs on my other monitor are pushed over so I can't see them with a game running. My specific issue is that I play CS:GO with a stretched 4:3 resolution and it's hard to stream it to twitch because it always messes up the positioning of the programs on my other monitor.

If you have any ideas I would love if you could share!

Thanks in advance!

There is no solution that I know of. I have four 1080 monitors hooked up to my system. Whenever I launch Red Alert 2 which only goes up to 1024x768 (I think, I know it's maxed.) everything right of my primary monitor gets shifted over. It's been this way since I started running dual monitors.

Thanks for your reply. It's a shame that AMD or nvidia haven't implemented a solution in their drivers.
