Hello,Two monitor setup, both LG.

One is almost 12 years old (there are kids going to school older than my monitor) and the other is relatively new.

The old one, is the one on top. Lately, it has been showing a white screen on some web sites. These websites don't have anything in common to each other, it can be over at youtube or over at a simple wikipedia page.

It only happens to a single tab, that's what's bugging me. And it happens "gradually" as I move the browser to the top monitor.

I recorded a video so you can see what I mean.

I am unsure if this is a graphic card issue, or browser issue. This happens in the latest version of Firefox 62.0.3 (64-bit) Quantum, though I don't believe the browser has anything to do with it.Any help is greatly appreciated!

UPDATE
Its happening even when there is NO browser on the monitor and with other browsers as well.

That is generally a gpu issue. I'd start by updating the drivers (delete and restart computer if they are already up-to-date). If that doesn't fix the issue, then try disabling hardware acceleration in firefox.
