2 monitors with 2way SLI

Hello forum, I have two 780ti's SLI'd. When I disable SLI I can run both my displays but when I SLI one of them turns off. How can I make my main GPU run both of the displays?

Connect both of the monitors to one GPU, that way you can still have both of the monitors displaying when SLI is off.

no, just connect both monitor cables to the main gpu. so that when you turn SLI off, one of the monitors won't turn off. you will still be able to do SLI if you connect both monitors to the main gpu.
