2 monitors....

Hey Guys, I have a old Monitor (no hdmi) and I want to buy a new PC with a new monitor so I'll have 2 monitors setup and I want to know (because I'm a noob) if it will work the old with the new monitor on the single gpu without problems:
1st Monitor<DVI<>DVI>GPU
2nd Monitor<HDMI>HDMI>GPU

btw. old monitor Benq fp73g (1280x1024), new monitor which I want to buy acer gd245hq (1920x1080), gpu which I want to buy MSI N670GTX

Should work fine, my computer at home has a two monitors plugged into the same GPU, one's HDMI & one's DVI - as long as your graphics card has the outputs, it will work 9/10 with no problems

MSI says "Support up to 4 displays with a single card", so all four connectors should work in parallel: http://www.msi.com/product/vga/N670GTX-PM2D2GD5-OC.html

Are you going to try to game on both or just have a brower or teamspeak up on the older one?

I'll play on the new one (Acer) and the old one I'll use when I'll stream (to read chat) and stuff like that
